1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, tags, and invoice.

Note: Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

Attach clear pictures/videos of the product showing the damage or issue.
Mention your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the return process and approve eligible requests.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
